If Outlook is freezing or slow to load try this procedure to open Outlook with a new profile. One item to remember is that the new profile will not have any favorites from the old profile, autoreply will be cleared out and you will have to add again any shared mailboxes that were in the old profile. You can always switch back to the old profile by selecting it as your default profile or having Outlook prompt you as to which profile to use.
