Please view the attached video for further instruction about the new RedSky software. A quick synopsis of getting registered in this program is explained below;
First verify with helpdesk that you have been added as a user on the MyE911 cloud site. Next make sure that you have the application installed. If you don't then go to the city of Flagstaff software center and install Jabber, this installs the Mye911 software as well. After you have verified these two items then please follow the instructions below;
Right-click the application in your hidden icons area as demonstrated below and select Settings when you right-click on the red icon with the word MY on it. Enter the url, https://anywhere.e911cloud.com/, in the Host field. After you do that a screen will appear requesting your email. The program will send you a verification code that you enter in the following screen after selecting Send. Once this is complete right-click on the program and click Open so that you can set or search for the address of your location.
If you are in a city facility and connected to wireless then you do not need to set an address of the facility it will automatically supply an address. If you are connected to a dock or a city wired connection then you can search for the address by typing in part of the address or name of the facility and the application will supply the correct address or give you options in some of our larger facilities to select a more precise location within the building. If you are not in a city facility then you will have to provide the full address.
