The O365 licensing that all in the city with email accounts have includes 5 free versions of Office for pc or mac. Please follow this link to view Microsoft's instructions for installing your free version.
To view your current devices that are utilizing your 5 free licenses please follow the steps below;
- Log into your account at office.com
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your browser window
- Select the My account link>Click on the Manage installs button in the Install status section
- *Note: You can also install on a pc from this location as well by clicking on the Install desktop applications link
