To view a public folder calendar, first make sure that you have permissions to view the calendar.  Follow the steps below to add a public folder calendar (if this calendar is in your desktop Outlook you must remove it before you proceed);

  • Go to office.com in a web browser
  • Login utilizing your email address and network password
  • Click on Outlook
  • Navigate to the calendar application by clicking on the calendar icon
  • Right click Other calendars>Select Add public folder
  • Navigate to the location of the public folder calendar
  • Highlight the desired calendar>Click on Add Public Folder at the top of the window
  • Click on the x in the top right corner of window
  • This will also cause the calendar to appear in your desktop Outlook list of calendars
