- Open Outlook
 - Click on File
 - Click on Open & Export
 - Click on Open Outlook Data File
 - Navigate to the location of the pst file and double click the file
 - Locate
     the pst file in your mailbox list in the left pane in Outlook for either
     the title “Outlook Data File” or the name of the pst file
 - Search as needed
 - When done close out of the file by following the steps below
 - In Outlook
 - Right click on the pst and click Close “Outlook Data File”
 - In Windows explorer
 - Click on Quick access in the left pane
 - Find the pst file in the list of Recent files
 - Right click and select “Remove from Quick Access”
