To change the greeting for a call handler account:
- Dial 2998 from any city phone or 2132998 from a cell phone
- Enter ID/extension of person who is making the change (must be an owner of the main line account) followed by the # symbol
- Enter voicemail pin of person who is making the change followed by the # symbol
- Enter main greeting extension
- Press 1 to turn off the alternate greeting if alternate greeting is active
- Press 2 to rerecord the standard greeting
To change the greeting for a standard voicemail account:
- Press the messages button on any city phone or dial 2132999 from a cell phone
- Press the * button
- Enter the ID/Extension of the applicable voicemail account followed by the # symbol
- Enter the pin of the account followed by the # symbol
- Press 4 for setup option
- Press 1 to change greeting
- Press 1 to change standard greeting
- Press 3 to edit other greeting
- Press 3 to change the alternate greeting
- Press 1 to rerecord the alternate greeting
